FOUNDER OF MOD + STYLIST

 I’ve been in the industry for 18 years, and I’m still in love with it. Luckily trends are constantly evolving so I’m always feeling inspired! 

I have two beautiful kids, they are my driving force. My husband has been my foundation since I was 22. We’ve grown so much together, and he’s always been my number one fan!

I decided I wanted to expand my business to more than just me YEARS ago. I always knew I wanted to curate a team of successful, inspiring women. Community means everything. After 3 years in Idaho I decided to take the jump and start MOD. A space for the “modern woman” to just be. It’s been the best experience, and I’m so thankful for it!

Hi i’m Baylee! I have been a licensed cosmetologist since January 2022! I have been so passionate about all things beauty since i was little. I absolutely love what i do! I specialize in blonding and lived in color, but i truly love to do just about everything! I have been working alongside bri for a small amount of time but have learned SO much when it comes to this industry, not just behind the chair but also the backend of this career! She has made me so confident! I love this job so much, but when i’m not working you will find me either at home with my fur baby binging tv shows, doing some retail therapy, or spending time with friends and family! I am a HUGE coffee lover, and i love being outside in the sun. 

My favorite thing about doing hair, is the creativity. Being able to try out new/ different techniques is so much fun! i feel like a mini scientist!! Being able to build relationships with others is also so important to me! I absolutely love getting to know each and every one of you! I cant wait to see you in my chair.
